I ordered a skateboard with presonal pick-up and on the day of the order I got the notification that I could go for the goods. They were polite at the place and I got assured that all sorts of adjustments/readjustments were part of the warranty. When I went back to the store due to a rattle, they inspected, tried and set it up for me, all politely and without a word: in the most natural way possible.
